Tuesday, June 28, the Colorado Technology Association (CTA) announced a new member of its leadership team: Wendy Nkomo as Chief Development Officer. Nkomo expands the CTA leadership team to three people.
The Colorado Technology Association is focused on advancing Colorado's technology industry, and this expansion reflects the industry's recent growth. Now, the CTA is able to support the booming tech scene on a new level. Nkomo said:
"I think it brings another chapter to CTA that really enables us to continue to support Colorado's tech sector in deeper and multiple ways."
Nkomo, previously the organization's Chief Operating Officer, has been with the CTA for five years. Her new role will dominantly focus on increasing membership value and helping to further develop talent-training programs, according to the Denver Post.
Monica Coughlin will take over for Nkomo as Chief Operating Officer, which focuses on growing membership for the trade organization.
The Colorado Technology Association is a non-profit founded in 1994 that represents the state's technology industry, leading the network of companies and professionals that are fueling Colorado's economy through technology.
